Welcome to DAY 2 of week 2 of the course!

Today we will work on Setubandha Vinyasa.

As before, while putting you back on the ground, please remember to start with the upper vertebrae and then continue one by one with sacrum touching the ground the last. Enjoy slow and relaxed breathing.

After completing your session, lie down and relax. Repeat as many times as you want.
