Welcome to DAY 4 of week 2 of the course!

Today's sequence is a little bit more difficult. Please only watch and visualise the fist part (up to 0:45). Don't force yourself, particularly be very gentle in upwards facing dog (0:33). If you have any lower back problems, this pose is not for you. You can completely omit the first part.

Doing plank pose and after that bending your arms may require some strength, and you will need to slowly develop it (maybe not today).

After the sequence rest in savasana as before.
