Three-week course

Welcome to DAY 1 of week 3 of the course!

Today we will continue exploration of Tadasana Vinyasa and experience breath in a new way. The focus on breathing provides additional relaxation and flexibility. Relaxation is also a prerequisite for developing strength.

Appart from gentle, extended breathing, we will also focus on moments of inertia after each inhalation or exhalation, when breathing pauses, these short moments of magical silence. Don't attempt to stop breathing and allow your breath to flow naturally. Make it almost undetectable and watch what happens at the end of inhalations and exhalations. You may find that your movement between poses slows down. This is ok, as long as you find this speed comfortable.

After two or more sesions please lie down in savasana pose exporing how your body feels after the sequence and gradually relaxing starting from your toes, gradually moving upwards and finishing with jaws, tongue and eyes.
