Three-week course

Welcome to DAY 6 of week 3 of the 'Three-minute Yoga' course!

Today, we have a little bit more relaxing sequence, we are doing deep twists. There will be more twists in this course, these poses are very nourishing for the spine and also aiming to clear tension from the nervouse system. We also need to do it to hiden spaces between vertebrae and to supply fresh blood to these areas.
