Welcome to DAY 4 of week 1 of the course!

Think of you motivation.

The sequence for today will strengthen the muscles around the spine. If you have any back problems please do it gently. When lifting in Bhujangasana (cobra pose) use mainly the muscles around the spine, with hands only assisting the movement.

Memorize the sequence or try doing it. While moving in vinyasa follow your breathing. After the sequence rest in savasana as before.
