Today's sequence may be more challenging. First learn the sequence. Inverted poses have many health benefits, particularly they strengthen immune system. They also help to cool the body and are highly recommended in the summer. Don't do inverted poses if you have any head injuries, consult you doctor.

Backbends in turn, such as setubandha, are invigorating. By pressing shoulder blades into the back of ribs, hormonal system is stimulated and adrenaline is released.
