Three-week course

Congratulations on completing week 1 of the course!

This is the last day of the first week, please only rest, or lie on the floor near a wall in Viparita Karani pose, or legs on the wall. This pose stregthens the immune system because limph which typically accumulates in legs can flow down under gravity to the upper parts of the body.

It also helps to relax deep muscles, such as psoas, responsible for storing stress in the body (consult with a doctor if you have any serious health problems).
